Customer Service Representatives

Bring your smiling face and friendly voice, enthusiasm and expertise to Allied Trade Group, the Seattle area Home Furnishings leader! Assist home furnishing buyers by taking their orders and finding answers to their questions.

If you have a High School diploma, customer experience or training, Microsoft Office and Internet experience, are an excellent communicator and can multi-task, this may be the job you’ve been looking for! We offer flexible shifts…choose from 7 days a week, between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Paid training is provided!

Showroom Sales Associates

Seattle area e-commerce leader has an exciting opportunity for a talented, creative showroom sales-oriented professionals with a flair for design! Allied Trade Group is seeking strong sales professionals who enjoy working with architects, designers, builders and homeowners.

While experience in the industry is highly desirable, we will also consider candidates who are starting out in the field, have strong customer service skills, great follow-through, and the ability to attain results. The ability to build relationships, project a positive attitude under pressure, and the ability to prioritize a variety of challenges are all important qualities in a successful candidate. Interested candidates should be goal-oriented individuals with excellent communications skills and a strong desire to succeed. Some interior design experience is a plus. Compensation includes base rate plus commission plus benefits!

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Securing and processing sales orders
· Supporting trade sales (i.e., answer phone calls, handle orders and sample requests)
· Maintaining image of showroom
· Providing information on architectural and design requirements
· Assisting and advising customers in the selection of product, tracking and following up on projects
· Working directly with custom home builders to build relationships
· Distribution and tracking of samples, labeling, and displaying new product in the showroom
· Some clerical work, Word and Excel experience necessary.

Qualifications include:

· Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
· Some experience in lighting fixtures, decorative plumbing fixtures, and/or floor covering sales desirable.
· As this position also requires the ability to visit customers, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required.
