Seattle area E-Commerce leader, ATGStores.com, has an exciting opportunity for Shipping Logistics Associate for our Fulfillment department. Experience with Home Furnishings Shipments and Home delivery options helpful.
- Duties include the following:
- Experience working with multiple fright carriers on a national basis to achieve the highest level of service at the most economical rates.
- Familiarity with all aspects of required Freight documentation including preparation, coordination and booking including international shipments.
- Experience with customs, duties and taxes on International Shipments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers to make arrangements for deliveries.
- Follow up and communication with customs broker the release of import cargo clearance.
- Creating Shipping documents, bills of lading, etc...
- Trucking rates quotes/negotiations.
- Prepare documentation for invoicing.
- Processing of EDI orders.
- Requirements:
- Candidates must have excellent computer, reading, written and verbal communication skills.
- Home Furnishing Industry knowledge preferable.
- Experience in routing customer orders and scheduling with carriers.
- Must have knowledge of Inland Operation as well as International Exportl.
- Must be able to understand and implement procedures for shipments to customers as directed by Customers Routing Guides.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers concerning any issues affecting their orders and delivery expectations.
- Experience with EDI is highly desired.
- Computer Skills:
- Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point & EDI.

ATG Stores is currently seeking talented and motivated self-starters with strong leadership skills to become Supplier Relations Analysts on our Business Development Team. Supplier Relations Analysts are responsible for the performance of a particular set of manufacturers within a Product division of ATG.
Tasks include calling on manufacturers at least quarterly to develop a sales strategy, working with the Merchandising Team to keep all of the products up-to-date, work with the Marketing Department on promotions and merchandise the web site so that our customers will have an intuitive shopping experience.
- Responsibilities Include:
- Merchandising the Brands on relevant sites
- Vendor Negotiations
- Attend in-office meetings with suppliers and sales reps
- Cold-calling new suppliers and establishing vendor relationships
- Light travel to trade shows
- New market development
- New supplier research
- Interdepartmental communication
- Any other tasks that the Divisional Manager or Director may have.

ATG Stores.com is currently seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives for our busy Call Center location in the Kirkland/Totem Lake area to help home furnishing buyers by answering product questions, taking orders via phone, chat, and e-mail while working within our database to enter and update customer info. We need smart, thick-skinned, quick learning team players who can handle issues efficiently. Candidates must be confident and articulate in communication skills while being computer literate with good typing skills.
We need candidates that can handle order problems, possess a high degree of attention to detail, be able to prioritize & organize for accurate & timely completion of tasks, as well as the ability to establish & maintain pleasant interpersonal relationships. Job candidates will also need active listening skills, as well as the ability to handle a large volume of work. Dependability is a must. Job requires its representatives to be flexible, reliable & responsible. Also necessary is a high degree of self-control & ability to maintain composure, even in very difficult situations.
- Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience and/or training
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office products and Internet proficiency)
- Customer Service experience preferred but not necessary to be considered
During your company-paid, on-the-job training program, you will learn about ATG products, services, policies and procedures along with how to apply this knowledge when responding to customer inquiries. Flexible shifts are available 7 days a week between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR NIGHT AND WEEKEND SHIFTS
Starting pay range is $11.00 an hour. Advancement opportunities are available as well.
